1. Who We Are
NDRCL AG ("we", "us", "our") operates the website chlor-clean.com (the "Website"). CHLOR-CLEAN, HAZ-TAB and Guest Medical are trademarks of NDRCL AG or one of its group companies. These trademarks may be used by various group companies within the group. The use of a trademark, including the name Guest Medical, on a product label does not mean that Guest Medical Limited is the manufacturer of the product in question.

E-mail: info@ndrcl.com
The registered office of the company is in Feusisberg, Canton of Schwyz. The company name is currently being changed to "NDRCL AG". At the time of publication of these Terms, it is not known whether the name change has already been entered in the commercial register of the Canton of Schwyz. The company may therefore still be listed in the commercial register under its former name. The Company Identification Number (UID) CHE-304.913.384 is the unique and legally binding identifier pursuant to the Federal Act on the Company Identification Number (UIDG). We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
2. Acceptance of These Terms
By accessing the Website, you agree to these Terms of Use (the "Terms") and our Privacy Notice. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and other persons who access the Website.
If you are acting on behalf of an organisation - whether a healthcare facility, a distributor or any other entity - you confirm that you are authorised to bind that organisation to these Terms.
Electronic records of your acceptance of these Terms are admissible as evidence.
3. Purpose of the Website
The Website serves the following purposes:
- Providing general information about CHLOR-CLEAN chlorine disinfection products
- Enabling enquiries from interested parties regarding product pricing and supply information
- Providing information about the CHLOR-CLEAN product range, its applications and ordering options
The Website does not constitute an offer for sale, a binding contract, procurement advice, legal advice, financial advice, clinical advice, or regulatory advice. Any contract for the supply of products will be separately negotiated and concluded outside the Website.
4. Accuracy of Information and Disclaimer
We endeavour to prepare the information provided on the Website with reasonable care. However, all information is provided "as is".
Pricing Information
All pricing information, savings percentages or cost comparisons on the Website are illustrative only. Binding prices are communicated solely in a written quotation confirmed by the relevant group company. Prices and availability may change at any time without notice. All prices are exclusive of value added tax (VAT) and delivery costs unless otherwise stated.
Intended Audience
The Website is directed exclusively at business and professional users: healthcare facility managers, infection prevention professionals, procurement professionals, facility managers, distributors and other persons acting in a professional capacity. The Website is not directed at consumers. If you are acting as a consumer (outside of a trade or business purpose), you must not rely on information from the Website.
Product Information
Product specifications, application guidance, dilution ratios, contact times and pack sizes are general information. These must be read together with the official product label, the Safety Data Sheet (SDS) and the Technical Data Sheet (TDS). Users are responsible for the safe handling, storage, dilution, application and disposal.
Combined Cleaning and Disinfection
The description "one pass" refers to the property of the NaDCC tablet with integrated surfactant to combine cleaning and disinfection in a single application step. This does not replace the user's obligation to verify suitability for the specific application, the required concentration, contact time and surface compatibility in accordance with the product label, Safety Data Sheet (SDS) and Technical Data Sheet (TDS). In certain cases (e.g. in the presence of heavy visible soiling) pre-cleaning may be required.
No Professional Advice
Nothing on the Website constitutes legal, financial, regulatory, clinical, procurement, infection prevention or any other professional advice. Always obtain appropriate professional advice before making decisions based on information from the Website.
On-site Visits
On-site visits, including hygiene audits and training, are offered at our discretion and subject to availability. Scheduling, scope and eligibility depend on the nature of the enquiry, the size and type of organisation, geographic location (currently focused principally on the United Kingdom and Europe) and any existing contractual or distribution arrangements. We reserve the right to decline, reschedule or restrict on-site visits at any time. Where an on-site visit is not practicable, equivalent remote support may be offered. On-site visits do not constitute a binding offer, a pre-contractual obligation, or a guarantee of future supply.
Cost Reduction Figures
All cost reduction figures stated on the Website (including figures such as "50%+") are illustrative estimates based on typical partnership outcomes. They reflect the combined effect of product consolidation (fewer SKUs, fewer suppliers, fewer orders), reduced labour (one pass for cleaning and disinfection rather than separate steps) and the inclusion of training, documentation and technical support within the partnership. Actual savings depend on the current product mix, labour costs, contractual terms, site size and procurement structure. These figures do not constitute a guarantee or a binding commitment. Individual results vary.
Deployment Timescales
All deployment or implementation timescales stated on the Website (including figures such as "two weeks") are illustrative estimates based on typical partnership outcomes. Actual timescales depend on site complexity, number of sites, existing contractual arrangements, regulatory requirements, internal approval processes and the availability of all parties. These figures do not constitute a guarantee, a service level commitment or a binding timetable. Individual results vary.
Texts and Translations
All texts, labels, descriptions, summaries and form copy on the Website, together with their translations into other languages, are illustrative only and provided solely for orientation. The original German-language version of this Website is the sole authoritative and legally binding version. In the event of any discrepancy between language versions, the German version prevails. We accept no warranty and no liability for the accuracy, completeness, timeliness or linguistic quality of any individual translation.
The Website and its contents are provided "as is" and "as available" without any express or implied warranty.
5. Product Safety and Regulatory Status
CHLOR-CLEAN is a chlorine-releasing disinfectant. It is a biocidal product subject to the EU Biocidal Products Regulation (Regulation (EU) No 528/2012) and recognised in Switzerland under the Chemicals Act (ChemG) and the Chemical Risk Reduction Ordinance (ChemRRV).
Product information on the Website does not replace the official product label, the Safety Data Sheet (SDS) or the Technical Data Sheet (TDS). Users are responsible for safe handling in accordance with applicable occupational health and safety legislation, including the Swiss Labour Act (ArG) and the Accident Prevention Ordinance (VUV) where applicable, as well as equivalent legislation in the user's relevant jurisdiction.
CHLOR-CLEAN is not a medical device. It is not regulated as a medical device in any jurisdiction. No representation is made that any product is suitable for a clinical use that requires medical device classification. Nothing on the Website is to be construed as clinical advice.
CHLOR-CLEAN is currently deliberately not placed on the market in Switzerland. The products are intended exclusively for distribution outside Switzerland, principally in the United Kingdom and the European Union. The registered office of NDRCL AG in Switzerland does not imply availability of the products on the Swiss market.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Website - including text, graphics, logos, images, layouts, designs, compilations and software - is the property of NDRCL AG, its group companies or their licensors and is protected by Swiss, European and international copyright, trademark and other intellectual property rights.
CHLOR-CLEAN, HAZ-TAB, the Guest Medical name and logo are trademarks of NDRCL AG or one of its group companies. These trademarks may be used by various group companies within the group. The use of a trademark, including the name Guest Medical, on a product label does not mean that Guest Medical Limited is the manufacturer of the product in question.
All photographs, illustrations and product images are the property of NDRCL AG or a group company, or are licensed. Downloading, hotlinking, redistribution or use for AI training is not permitted. Browser display only is permitted. Social share buttons share only the URL, not the content.

These links are provided for convenience only and do not constitute endorsement. We have no control over third-party content and accept no responsibility for it.
In addition, some pages expose social share buttons (LinkedIn, X, Facebook, Microsoft Teams, WhatsApp, Telegram, email). Subject to the foregoing, we are not liable for loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of business, loss of goodwill, or for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Website.

Our total aggregate liability is limited to CHF 100.
No liability is accepted for viruses or technically harmful content.
This clause survives termination of these Terms.
11. Website Availability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Website or uninterrupted access. We may suspend, withdraw or amend the Website without notice. We accept no liability for the Website being unavailable. You are responsible for making all arrangements necessary to access the Website.
12. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend, restrict or terminate access to the Website where:

This is without prejudice to any other remedies. Surviving provisions remain in force.
13. Enquiries via the Website
Form submissions are subject to these Terms and the Privacy Notice. By submitting a form, you warrant that the information provided is truthful, accurate, current and complete. You confirm that you are authorised to provide information on behalf of your organisation and agree that we may respond on the basis of your submission.
We reserve the right to decline any enquiry at our discretion. We may rely on the accuracy of the information you submit.
14. Consent, Newsletter and Marketing
14.1 Mandatory Form Consent
Before submitting a form, you must tick the consent checkbox. By doing so, you confirm that you have read the Terms of Use and the Privacy Notice and understand that pricing and product information is illustrative only.
This consent forms the legal basis under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nDSG/revDSG) for processing your enquiry data (name, e-mail, telephone, WhatsApp, time zone, organisation). The telephone and WhatsApp fields are optional and must be provided in E.164 format. The form is protected by reCAPTCHA v3 (Google LLC). A CRM contact record is created in Brevo for each submission.
You may withdraw your consent at any time by sending an e-mail to info@ndrcl.com.
14.2 Optional Newsletter Opt-in
Newsletter opt-in is via a separate, optional and pre-unticked checkbox. If ticked, the flag NEWSLETTER_OPT_IN = "yes" is set in the CRM record.
The newsletter covers product information, regulatory updates and supply arrangement information. You may unsubscribe at any time: via the unsubscribe link in the newsletter, by replying "UNSUBSCRIBE", or by e-mail to info@ndrcl.com.
Unsubscribing does not delete the CRM record and does not affect transactional communications.
14.3 Marketing Related to Your Enquiry
Following an enquiry, we may send you transactional and related-content e-mails regarding products, supply and regulatory updates. This is based on legitimate interests and Art. 3 lit. o of the Federal Act against Unfair Competition (UWG) - no unsolicited mass marketing to professional contacts who have engaged with us.
You may unsubscribe at any time via the unsubscribe link or by e-mail. Such unsubscription does not affect the newsletter if you have separately subscribed to it.
15. Your Indemnity
You shall indemnify NDRCL AG, its group companies (including their group companies), their directors, officers and employees against all claims arising from: a breach of these Terms, misuse of the Website or its content, false representations, unauthorised disclosure, infringement of laws or third-party rights, and any third-party claims arising from your use.
We may assume sole conduct of the defence; you are required to cooperate. This clause survives termination of these Terms.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may amend these Terms by updating this page. The "Last Updated" date indicates the current version. Continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms. For material changes, we will use reasonable endeavours to notify you (for example by placing a notice on the Website).
17. Force Majeure
We are not liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing obligations as a result of events beyond our reasonable control. This includes, without limitation: strikes, civil unrest, war, fire, flood, earthquake, epidemics, pandemics, telecommunications failure and regulatory action.

20. No Waiver
Failure to exercise any right under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right. Rights under these Terms are cumulative and not exclusive.
21. Survival
The following provisions survive termination of these Terms: Clause 4 (Accuracy of Information and Disclaimer), Clause 5 (Product Safety and Regulatory Status), Clause 6 (Intellectual Property), Clause 8 (Prohibited Use), Clause 10 (Limitation of Liability), Clause 14 (Consent, Newsletter and Marketing), Clause 15 (Your Indemnity), Clause 21 (Survival), Clause 22 (Third-Party Rights), Clause 23 (Entire Agreement) and Clause 24 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction).
22. Third-Party Rights
These Terms are exclusively between you and NDRCL AG. No third party has rights under OR Art. 112, except as expressly provided in these Terms. Group companies and their directors and officers may rely on the limitation of liability and indemnity provisions.
23. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Notice, constitute the entire agreement regarding use of the Website and supersede all prior agreements. No reliance is placed on any representation not contained in these Terms. Nothing in this clause limits liability for fraud.
24. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
